About this property

Luxury Retreat For Large Groups

This is a stunning and spacious five-bedroom house with mountain views in the beautiful community of Walden. This bright home has all you will ever need to make your stay super comfortable.

There is a trampoline in the fully fenced backyard, a deck for those barbecue dinners, and a second kitchen for all your culinary needs. The home also offers a separate office space with French doors.

As you walk in, you will be pleased with the "open to below" foyer. There is a separate office space, a second kitchen (spice kitchen), upgraded appliances, and a fifth bedroom on the main floor; a full bathroom with a toilet, and a large open concept plan with a kitchen, living, and dining area.

The upper floor has two large sized master bedrooms and one other good-sized bedroom. There is a bonus room and a full bathroom on the upper floor. The laundry room is easily accessible on the upper floor.

The backyard is fully fenced with a trampoline, deck, and a relaxing swing chair for two. A central air conditioning system is installed for those hot summer days.

The basement is not included.

- The house has a security alarm and safety is always a high priority
- The basement is occupied by quiet tenants (not by the homeowner)
- This is a no-party residence in a quiet neighbourhood. No parties allowed.
- Quiet time is after 10:00 PM as per the City of Calgary bylaw. Since we have tenants downstairs, quiet time is strictly monitored and any violation may result in a $500 fine as well as the guests being asked to leave without a refund.
- No undeclared guests allowed. Only guests who are included in the reservation are permitted to be in the property at any given time.
- No parking in front of the neighbours or a penalty will be charged.
- We have someone shovel snow around the property, during the winter months, we expect guests to be ok with us sending someone over to complete this task. The same applies for mowing the lawn and garbage removal.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Host was great for communication. 5stars.Location is a bit out but we didn’t mind.House is beautiful but needs some TLC. I think it might have been a rental prior and it shows.It was very clean though. Minus a blanket that had stains on it. Eek. The cream couches could use a steam clean cuz they were dirty.The beds were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. We might as well have slept on the floor. But, some people might like that but we definitely did not. Next morning all 7 of us were cracking our backs and hips! lolThey do need more furnishings though. Only one bedside table in rooms so I had to put bed side stuff on floor. Found it strange there were no bedroom dressers. Very VERY bare bones.The house is gorgeous but unfortunately missed the mark on making it beautiful. I can’t say I’d stay there again. We stay in many VRBO and this house just missed the mark.
