This single-level duplex comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and generous open-plan living spaces designed for easy holiday living.

Start your mornings soaking up the sunshine on the front patio overlooking peaceful parklands and glimpses of the Tweed River — the perfect spot for a morning coffee before a day exploring the coast.

Inside, the light-filled living area features comfortable furnishings, Smart TV, and unlimited Wi-Fi, creating a relaxing space to unwind after a day at the beach or river.

The modernised kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for holiday cooking and entertaining, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, and ample bench space.

Enjoy meals indoors or dine alfresco under the covered outdoor entertaining area complete with gas BBQ. The fully fenced backyard provides plenty of space for children and your dog to safely play and relax.

The home offers three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen bed and private ensuite. The second bedroom also includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom is ideal for families with children, offering one queen bed and two king single beds, adjoining a second media/lounge room with a second Smart TV.

The spacious main bathroom includes both a shower and bathtub, while the separate laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience. Tweed Escape offers ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout offering year round comfort. Driveway parking for one vehicle is also provided.

Pet friendly property for one dog only (no cats or other pets permitted). Your dog is welcome to join you on holidays, however is not permitted in the 2 carpeted bedrooms, or on any beds or furniture. Dogs must not be left alone at the property at any time and all waste must be removed on departure.
