Great new condos! Nice location

Overall the new condos were beautiful and the management were helpful and extremely kind. We found that the placement of the TVs in the bedroom were awkward as far as trying to watch a movie etc. as they were on a straight view from the bed. We struggled with the very low tide at the dock as did other boaters. We were aware of this however prior and we decided to give it a go. For boaters it is very hard to navigate the tides and the docking is not desirable for your boating needs if you have anything larger than a small bass boat. The location was closer to than road than we realized. ( However, it was nice to have a Starbucks to walk to, pizza place and Publix right down the road couple mins for families ) Again management really great.

Thank you for your kind words. As discussed prior to your booking, the dockage at the property is very specific—especially for larger boats. Even experienced boaters like yourselves know that navigating tides in the Keys can be tricky, which is exactly why we don’t offer instant booking for guests bringing boats. We always take the time to speak directly to ensure everyone is fully informed and comfortable with the setup. The ideal boat size for the dock is no more than a 26' length with up to an 18" draft. We do our best to ensure that all property photos and descriptions are clear and accurate so there are no surprises upon arrival. The online photos reflect the property's proximity to the Old Road to help set the right expectations. Thanks again for choosing to stay with us—we hope to welcome you back soon!
