Why they chose this property

We chose this part of LaSalle for its easy access to the St. Lawrence River and the outdoor activities that come with it. The river is about an eight-minute walk from the home, with rafting nearby and a riverside path that’s lovely for a walk, a run, or simply enjoying the view. Local pools and tennis courts offer even more ways to spend time outside. What we enjoy most is being able to step out for a quiet walk along the water or make a whole afternoon of it.

What makes this property unique

What makes this home special is the large balcony just off the dining room and kitchen. It’s a lovely place to barbecue, share a meal, or unwind while looking out over a beautiful park. The walking trails, greenery, and occasional visits from our little squirrel friends make the view especially relaxing.
