Host allowed for an early check in and was reachable. House was clean. Stairs up to the top room were slanted to the point we had to be careful of falling. Other than that everything was good.
The home was clean and perfect for the number of people we had. It was also close to Cleveland Clinic, which was important for us. The Fairfax Market was right down the street, which was also very nice. It was generally quiet and served us well after a family member had a medical procedure.

We booked this home for a month while my sister was receiving critical care at Cleveland Clinic. Our family was in an extremely difficult situation, and we chose a longer stay hoping we would need it. Unfortunately, my sister’s condition worsened and she had to be transferred to a different facility across the country. We stayed only about 1½ weeks. We contacted the staff about a possible refund for the unused portion, but the response was very rude and no refund or partial refund was offered. Given everything our family was dealing with, this was extremely disappointing. The house itself also had several issues. The entire interior was noticeably unlevel—the floors, counters, and stairs were extremely uneven. Some bedroom doors could not fully close because of this. The upstairs bathroom had no windows and only one light, making the shower very dark. On day one, the bathroom mirror fell off the wall. I reported it, but no one came to fix it.The key-code lockbox also ran out of batteries, leaving us unable to get into the house when we needed to.The positives were that the home was clean and the location was very convenient to Cleveland Clinic. Unfortunately, because of the condition of the house, maintenance issues, and our experience with the staff, I would not stay here again or recommend it.
The property is as described and located right next to Cleveland clinic . It was clean and has been maintained . There were a couple issues that has me giving it three stars . The third floor where the children slept has steep stairs going up and one of the top railings was loose . This was a safety concern. Also on the second floor where me and my brother and sister in law slept there was a lack of air circulation and it was quite warm whereas the first floor was very cold . Made it difficult to sleep at times along with beds that were quite firm . Overall if you are looking for location and convenience to the city this is a good location just be aware of these things and especially if you have small children the stairs pose a challenge .
