The house was amazingly clean and the host was amazing at communication. We absolutely loved our stay and the neighborhood was perfect for our family to enjoy the area!
We brought a Wii for the living room. Plenty of seating for everyone!
The game room was amazing!
We also brought an original Nintendo to play!

This property is spacious and comfortable and fun for the kids! One time, there were 13 people sleeping in the house. It was a little tight, but everyone managed to find a place to sleep. The property and the pool were clean and could be enjoyed right away. Parking from the alleyway is a little tight, but if you have small cars, it works well. It is convenient to Frisco, McKinney and Plano - just minutes away. Overall it was a good experience!

The host was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this location. We enjoyed to the amenities there, and to our surprise a few actually jumped into the pool in December. The only thing that would have made it better was having cold water along with the hot water in the kitchen. It was a good location close to where we needed to be.

Loved the house! Great for the family and close by everything we needed. I would recommend installing high locks on the back door, so little ones can't sneak out to the pool. Other than that it was great!

Perfect family rental!

My family rented this home over Spring break to visit relatives in Frisco/Little Elm. My kids (ages 4 & 6) and my nieces (ages 5 & 7) loved the heated pool and game room. It was a very comfortable home and included everything we needed. Felt like a safe neighborhood and plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Property owners were very fast to respond to texts. We would definitely book this home again if it’s available on our next trip to the Frisco/Little Elm area.

We enjoyed the stay and had a great time. The kids enjoyed the game room and the pool. It wasn’t as warm as we thought it would be with it being a heated pool, but that didn’t stop the kids. The only tricky part is the parking as it is in the rear of the home, and a smaller driveway since its access is through the alley. We came with two trucks and barely fit making coming and going fun. Otherwise it was a great time for families.
