The house was clean on the inside. Outside was very average, it was in need of a good upkeep. A diaper in garbage bag left on fence from last guest, in need of landscaping to help the looks of the property, weeding and replacing boards around the pool, and light on front porch was not working properly on our arrival. The host was very nice and responsive and informative on any concerns and questions. He helped me with a mistake I made on registration, we received a new light for the front porch and quick responses to questions I had on check out. (diaper never taken care of).Pool was cleaned during our stay. I do think it would be much more family-friendly if there were more basic supplies, and kitchen utensils. Overall I think the location and price was excellent for five grown adults for a 4 day stay. We had a great stay in Lake Dallas for a family wedding. Not a perfect stay, but it worked for us. Thank you for the stay.
