The space
This downstairs unit sits within a character-filled 1922 duplex, offering a self-contained stay with its own private entrance - there is no interior connection to the upstairs unit once inside. Please note this is the downstairs unit only; the backyard is shared with the upstairs unit. Each unit accommodates up to 4 guests, or 8 when renting the full property (Cordova A+B) together.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms each feature a queen bed, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. Bed linens, towels, and essentials are provided so you can arrive and settle in without fuss.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is well equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed dinner in - you'll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the dishes and cookware you need. Pull up a seat at the dining table and enjoy a meal together before heading back out to explore.

Bathroom
A full bathroom with a bathtub gives you space to properly unwind after a day on your feet. Hair dryer and bathroom essentials are included.

Comfort & connectivity
Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep things comfortable no matter the time of year. Wifi and a dedicated workspace mean you can stay productive if needed. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays, along with an iron and hangers.
Entertainment
Unwind in the evenings with an HDTV - a simple, easy way to end the day.

Outdoor living
The front porch with swing seating is a lovely spot to take in the neighborhood quiet over a morning coffee or an evening breeze. The backyard is shared with the upstairs unit, offering additional outdoor space in a relaxed setting.

Getting here & practicalities
Self check-in via keypad makes arrival straightforward - no need to coordinate schedules. Free parking on premises is included. The property has a private entrance with no shared interior access between units.
