Property was nice, our kids loved the pool and hot tub. Some of the staff was really rude when we trying to verify where to park. Parking was confusing at first but easy once you knew which door you were closest to.

Sorry for the parking confusion and that you had a not-so-great interaction—definitely not the experience we want anyone to have. Sadly the hotel staff does not work for us, I will be certain to make the HOA aware. Really appreciate you staying with us!
