⚡- Power Outages: Common during winter storms; bottled water provided, propane stove & gas fireplace keep you cozy. No Wi-Fi, no generator on the property, perfect to unplug
🛒- Groceries & Gas: Sooke (30–35 min) is the last stop for essentials; kitchen stocked with coffee, oils & spices.
🚽- Septic System: Only toilet paper should be flushed.
💧- Water: Our water comes from a natural spring aquifer and is freshly filtered and safe to drink. Occasionally, it has a gentle natural scent from seasonal changes. We also provide bottled water and a Britta.

There is everything you could possibly require at this property for an enjoyable stay. Views are to die for. The hosts are very attentive and ready to help in any way they can to make your stay enjoyable. Definitely a 5 star property and experience.
This is such a beautiful, clean and quiet place to getaway from it all. The views are breathtaking of the ocean and wildlife. I had a few questions before arriving. The host were prompt with their reply and gave great information. There is definitely not a lot around them so you’re going to want to get groceries and gas ahead of time. Once arriving to this beautiful home, you’re never gonna wanna leave.We hope to be back soon.
