No Wi-Fi, no generator on the property, perfect to unplug

📶- Cell Service: Limited, mainly Rogers towers; roaming charges may apply.

🛒- Groceries & Gas: Sooke (30–35 min) is the last stop for essentials; kitchen stocked with coffee, oils & spices.

🚽- Septic System: Only toilet paper should be flushed.

💧- Water: Our water comes from a natural spring aquifer and is freshly filtered and safe to drink. Occasionally, it has a gentle natural scent from seasonal changes. We also provide bottled water and a Britta.
