Colorado vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean, nicely furnished, and well-stocked. It’s a beautiful 25 minute drive to Silverton, which we did every day. The one thing lacking was access to local tv channels for news & weather.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was great for me and my young human, it was central to all the activities we had planned and the extra information in the binder was helpful to fill some gaps. Even in the dark with rain it was easy to find and access. The condo was clean and well equipped for the task of preparing food during our stay.

Not that great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was satisfactory inside. Advertised a patio. Patio was in essence, on the sidewalk. It sat below grade and had absolutely no view, except for a parking lot. Location of unit afforded no privacy. Constant foot traffic into and out of the building that allowed for these folks to look directly into the unit. Had to keep curtains closed which prevented nice cool air from entering the unit. The shower was also a spa tub. The two foot sides made it difficult for us old folks to get in and out. Location of the unit in this complex should be clarified before renting.

The place was great but my suggestion is to add shampoo/conditioner and body soup as they did not have any inside the unit

Hey there not only am I available on property to drop anything off if needed but upon arrival there was shampoo conditioner and body wash located under the bathroom sink ! Next time give me a call I would have happily stopped by !!
