Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please ensure your general rubbish, bottles and recycling are in the appropriate bins. We will dispose of this for you. Please don't leave us with anything in the bait/fish freezer - many thanks.
Please do your dishes. BBQ & fish filleting table cleaned if used. Ensure the stove/oven, heat pump and if used any other electrical appliances such as iron and hairdryer are all turned off.
Lock all doors and windows. Return keys to lockbox and spin the number dials to engage the lock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We are on tank water and septic tank - house rules must be adhered to and water conservation appreciated. No washing of cars/boats, outboard motors ok
Strictly no load music, parties or excessive alcohol are permitted.
Pets: Dogs only, small to medium size and 1 only. Must be desexed. Not on furniture. Mini Schnauzer at times in upstairs residence. Pick up poops.
