Norman Heights Cottage - Beach Access

Norman Heights Cottage is a prime location just north of Grand Bend. The beach access is steps away from the front door where you can enjoy the famous Lake Huron sunsets.

The cottage is all one floor. It's very spacious and comfortable to accommodate the whole family. Three bedrooms and one full bath with an outdoor shower to help clean off after those long beach days.

Primary bedroom features a queen size bed, second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and twin on top. All bedrooms and living spaces come with ceiling fans for additional comfort.

Kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to prepare your favourite meals for the family.
Full size range, full size fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking and dinnerware.

The living room has a 65" Smart TV to watch all your favourite shows and enough seating for the whole family.

When your not at the beach, enjoy the outdoors on our back deck equipped with a BBQ and dining set. The large property is perfect for lawn games (all provided). Unwind at the end of the day with a fire and s'mores.

A charming, spacious well stocked cottage in a lovely community. The sandy beach access was a short walk with some stairs. Communication with the hosts was helpful and timely. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this location as it is close to Grand bend, the Pinery and Bayfield. Lots to do in the area and a great place to stay. Thanks to the hosts!!

We loved the beach access and location. Nice quiet neighbourbood. I would suggest the hosts to be more forthcoming prior to guests arriving, day of trip they informed us the dryer was having "some issues" and asked guests not use it. Seemed odd they would not inform us of this in advance. Also could update the tub as it was rusty and unsafe. Outdoor shower was great feature, weather permitting.

Sorry for any issues the dryer may have caused. We found out about the dryer the day of your stay from the prior guest that left the same day. Thank you for the information on the tub and we will get that fixed.

Well equipped cottage with private beach access! Towels and linens were provided, which made the stay that much more comfortable and packing that much easier! The beach has rocks, so bring your water shoes!

Comfortable and unpretentious home. A couple miles outside of Grand Bend - quiet neighborhood. Lake is accessible - if you can walk 2 blocks, down 40 stairs and over a sand dune. Nice quiet beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Norman Heights. We love this area and the beach access was a real bonus. In about 3 minutes we were on the beach enjoying the water and gorgeous views. The Air Conditioning was a real treat during the hot nights, and my favourite space was the sunroom for reading and napping. We had space for family meals and movies, but still enough room for the teens to have their own space when they wanted it. I especially loved being able to go for beach walks in the morning and evening and doing yoga on the back patio. Gorgeous space, family friendly. We loved it all.
