This entire home (excluding the garage) is available to guests during their stay with free parking for three vehicles. A maximum of 10 adults is permitted at any time in accordance with local short-term rental regulations. Total occupancy of the residence may not exceed 12 guests, including children. This property is not available for parties. **Must be 25 years or older to book.**

We loved our time at Chello's! The home fit my husband and I, and our adult 3 children and their families. Each room had their own bathroom which is a huge bonus! The larger family of 4 stayed in the basement area and it had it's own living space. The ac did a great job during a humid hot spell too. The deck on the back was very nice and enclosed which was perfect for the toddlers to play on. There was enough room for the adults to play cornhole too! The washer and dryer are located on the top floor which was also convenient. We did think there was a grass lot nextdoor as one of the photos showed, but there is not. The walk to the beach was not too bad. I would recommend a fold up wagon which helps. All in all, I would highly recommend this home if you are visting Grand Bend!

First of all, we are grateful that you accommodated us on such short notice. Your place is absolutely gorgeous. Loved that each room had their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. So much space and very clean. Was grateful for all the ice. Look forward to booking again for a longer stay! Grateful for all the ice😋

The house is just as beautiful as the pictures display. It is just off the main street, which makes getting in and out very easy. We were a bit concerned being so close to the main strip that it might be noisy at night, however, that was not the case. It was very pleasant to sit out on the back patio in the evening and enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood with a glass of wine. All of the appliances are newer and work very well. The kitchen is very well laid out and it’s easy to find everything that you’re looking for.The kids loved having their own en suite washrooms, and the laundry on the second floor was very convenient.We loved our stay at Chello’s and we will be back again next year!
