Just a five-minute stroll to a private, sandy beach and close to the main public beach, this retreat offers year-round enjoyment.

The main floor boasts a fully equipped spacious kitchen and a cozy living area with scenic patio views. Downstairs, a finished basement features an entertainment space with a pool table, TV, and games. Step outside to a spacious backyard with a deck, ample seating, a fire pit, and a playground—ideal for unwinding and making lasting memories.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Strip any used beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please do not leave any food in the backyard; bring the cushions in case of rain, and please clean the barbeques so others can use as well.

Please take out all the garbage and put it in the bins on the side of the house. Please do not forget to put everything as they were.

Please bring your own towels and fire woods and if you build fire, please make sure it is out.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please don't let the pet go into the bedrooms and beds or on the furniture. Please bring your towels. More than 8 guests, extra C$30 per guest/night

Please keep the house tidy, take all the garbage out to the containers outside, and place the dishes in the dishwasher before leaving.

Please, no noise after 11 pm, and make sure you put out the fire before getting inside. Please do not leave any garbage in the backyard.
