Pool was heated and enjoyed that! The building itself is very old but condo is nice and updated. The photo don’t do a good job of showing that it is on a major road and not directly on the beach but the sunsets were stunning and this didn’t end up being a problem just wasn’t aware from the photos. “Bbq” area is very sad two old chairs and a coal grill in the middle of a parking lot.

We loved our stay! The unit was beautiful, very clean and stocked well. The location was amazing- walking distance to everything you’d want to experience in the Bradenton Beach area (our favorite area in AMI). Just steps to the beach, in an area that felt like we had a private beach to ourselves. We appreciated being away from the busyness and crowds of the public beach sections. There was some traffic noise from the road that runs in front of the condo, but we were there for July 4th and it was expected. (After the holiday the island really cleared out and there wasn’t much traffic at all in our area) It didn’t bother us, as you really don’t notice it (couldn’t hear it at all in the unit), and it didn’t deter us from enjoying the amazing view from the balcony!! We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! The hosts were wonderful to work with!! They were very responsive and kept in communication from start to finish, which we really appreciated!
