There was an awkward smell when entering the property.Also, the property appeared clean but there were a lot of what appeared to be pet hairs on floors and in beds.. So much so that it bothered my kids allergies.Lastly, there were large cockroaches appearing in living area and washroom.

This is a charming older cottage with original hardwood floors that are professionally cleaned and maintained between stays. We were concerned to hear about the entry odor, reported pet hair, and insect activity and will continue reviewing those areas closely. The home receives routine pest treatment, including treatment shortly before this stay, and we remain attentive to any pest concerns that arise. We take great pride in the cottage and remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable experience for future guests.

Wonderful time at the house. It was very nicely decorated, and plenty of room /great backyard space. We’d definitely stay there again, it was lovely and property manager was very communicative. 5 stars
