Loved the stay at this home. Perfect location, with great fishing off the back dock. The home is within a very short walking distance to the beach, and to the walking path. You have everything that you will need in the kitchen including an ice maker. Also, has everything you’ll need to grill out. The only down fall is how uncomfortable the beds are. They definitely need to invest in new mattresses for every bed. All and all would stay again if we brought our only toppers, or the mattresses are replaced.

Exactly as pictured. The location is convenient to beach and fishing off the back yard was enjoyable. Some things could be improved, backyard fence has a section that is falling apart and when we stayed there it was very very windy. You could hear the wind screaming through back bedroom window. I had to wedge cardboard to stop the noise so my daughter could sleep. But that is the only complaint. Would stay again

The property and the place were excellent. Access to the water in your back yard and a short walk to the beach. The place was nice and clean. Two things to note, 1) when checking in, you will not be provided the door codes until the exact minute of checkin. I was stressed on our travels there thinking I wasn’t going to get them. I ask early the day of checkin and was told that the place wasn’t ready yet and would be given them as soon as it was ready. I wasn’t planning on checking in early but wanted to have them before I arrived so that I could checkin once I got there. I ask a second time 10 mins before checkin time and never received an answer. Finally at 4pm on the dot, I received the door codes. Had I know they would be provided at checkin time I wouldn’t have stressed about it. Just something to know that’s not stated in the information. 2) Is that there are permanent residents in the unit next to you that have four dogs. Two of which are big dogs. I didn’t know this so when I took my two dogs out in the backyard the neighbors dogs were out too. It was a little dramatic for a minute but the neighbors quickly addressed the issue and called their dogs inside and they were super nice about it. I just always checked to see if their dogs were out before letting mine out. So if you have dogs you’re taking, just know that there are other dogs next door. There is a wooden fence between the properties but it is kind of short and a dog could jump it easily.
