Welcome to Sandy Sunset, a beautiful Sound front 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. Designed with families in mind, this peaceful retreat offers stunning views of the Santa Rosa Sound, is just a short walk to the beach, and provides the beach essentials. Non- pet friendly.

The main living area features an open-concept layout with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, a dining table, and a kitchen stocked with anything you may need during your stay. The main level also has two queen bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a primary suite with a king bed, a guest room with two twin beds, and another full bathroom. The home has a tankless water heater.

Enjoy evenings in the backyard with a play area. You will see the most beautiful sunsets over the Santa Rosa Sound from the balconies. Take advantage of the boat dock to tie up your boat and fish.
