House layout was fantastic for extended family and kids loved the heated pool. Great location. Only downsides:-insufficient linen provided, no hand washers, no pool towels and only one tea towel.- a bed side lamp exploded when turned on.- we could not get our kayaks directly onto beach as there is a rock breakwall in front of the house, the kayaks needed to be carried up to a suitable launch site. I was hoping to do more kayaking myself but needed help in this situation.Otherwise, loved the location , the house layout and the local coffee shop!

We sincerely apologise that hand towels were missing and that only one tea towel was provided. We do wish you had contacted our office during your stay, as our team would have been more than happy to arrange for additional linen to be delivered promptly. Regarding pool towels, these are not included in the standard linen package, as outlined in the property description prior to booking. They are available to hire for an additional $8 per towel. We were also concerned to read about the bedside lamp. Did you happen to report this to our office during your stay? We would have arranged for it to be removed immediately for safety reasons and organised a replacement where possible. We also appreciate your comments regarding kayak access. While the property enjoys a beautiful waterfront position, we understand that the rock breakwall made launching your kayaks less convenient than anticipated. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We're so pleased that, overall, you and your extended family enjoyed your stay, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Port Stephens in the future. Amazing

Stunning House and Views

Relaxing getaway

Beautiful little property, all modern appliances and freshly renovated. The pool and the pool table provided extra entertainment and the separate living areas provided everyone there own space. We had a wonderful time, thank you.

Lovely, had a lovely weekend. Access was easy, friendly service from the team. OnlyDownside was the air con control pad can be a little weird to operate and didn’t want to work when we arrived. Had to get the maintenance team to assist but it was quick and they were helpful.

Perfect position and wonderful accommodation

It is the perfect house for friends to gather and enjoy each other's company. Great position for walks or paddling, pool perfect temperature for late-night swimming or all-day lounging. Beautiful sunrises from the balcony, great downstairs bar area, nice kitchen, and awesome bathroom off the main bedroom. Clean, neat, and tidy. Would recommend.
