I'm a Bermudian living overseas. I want to support local establishments. I worked as an Executive Housekeeper in BDA. Aft 3 experiences; I'd rather stay at hotels for 3 nites, than 6 -10 nights at B&B's. I decided this residence bcuz of outdoor pic of this location; It look like a great view. I was totally wrong. It's deep into a family type neighborhood with absolutely no privacy. The owners & entire family live there. There was no outdoor area to sit or enjoy BDA Sunshine. I did not see the Host until the 5 days later, by happenstance. I was awaiting a ride. She walked up the drive way. There was renovation and construction being carried out while I was there. On 2nd day, I went to see what all the banging was about and kindly ask them return after I leave on the 12th. It continued outside. I was given instructions to enter the apt. Five High steps, no railings. My first night I was worried if I would fall. I could only grab on to the rugged stone wall and rusty wire fence. When I arrived there was nothing there, except 2 sm cans of soda. A coffee maker was there, but NO coffee. I had no transport to go buy food until the next day. There are no close grocery stores within walking distance. I had specifically told the hose I had arthritis & my family would be coming to see me. It was near impossible for them to park, with the Host family vehicles occupying most the yard space. My family & I used the other side of the house where construction rubble was.
