We liked the private patio, easy walk to bus stop, grocery, pharmacy, and a couple local eateries. Short bus ride to the capital, Hamilton, which is also a transit and ferry hub. Host made check-in a breeze. Looking forward to staying there again!

Great vacation property

Great location, nice quiet residential area, close to Hamilton, not far from beautiful beaches. Host was very helpful with calling taxis as welll as late check out. Great value for money.

Vacation

The location was great-short walk to the bus and grocery store. Access to the Railway Trail was also close by. We rented a scooter and it was a short ride to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet.

Clean, accommodating, close to Ferry although the ferry did not run Saturday or Sunday. Walkable to ferry and grocery though. Had a mini Max to drive and there was charge capability at unit which was super wonderful! Tried using Ride Bermuda for taxi but poor results. Advised to use Hitch app. Comes readily! Otherwise all was wonderful. Would recommend this home again.

Great stay in Warwick area of Bermuda

This little one bedroom apartment was perfect for our 6 day stay. Easy to still down to ferrybstop to Hamilton-from there ferries to Dockyards. Also short walk to grocery store or bus stop to get anywhere on the island. We did breakfast in, packed lunch and planned dinner most nights out. Lana was so responsive to our questions and requests-she dropped by personally to chat and make sure we were comfortable. We did it all-Church Bay, Horseshoe Bay and Turtke Bay beaches, a day in St George, another in the Dockyards, several trips to Hamilton. Bermuda is welcoming and so was Lana. We’ll be back!

The location of the apartment is good, and the yard in the pictures looks lovely — but be aware, it only looks like that if you clean it yourself. We had to buy our own paper towels and cleaning supplies just to make the outdoor space usable, which was very frustrating.There were three of us staying, but only two coffee cups and two glasses were provided. There were no basics at all — no paper towels, no tea, coffee, salt, or even sugar for the first morning. We travel often and have never encountered a rental so underprepared for guests.The apartment itself is small, which we expected, but the lack of basic amenities and the need to clean just to use the yard was really disappointing. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Changed apartment as original place was basement.

The property is a building which has two apartments as half basements and additional apartments on the ground floor and upstairs. Luckily we asked and got the place on the ground floor which was large and very nice. We never saw what the basement apartments look like. Bermuda is an expensive place so be aware that although apartments in Bermuda cost more than other places, their prices are just normal for the place. The host Lana, was nice to us. While we were there, we saw part of the ceiling of the patio had fallen on the floor the day before our arrival, but it didn’t hit anyone. Workers arrived three days later and installed a new ceiling. This shows how responsive Lana is. All in all we enjoyed our stay in the ground floor apartment.

Very nice area, really enjoyed, very much suited what I wanted and what I wanted was a base between adventures. Ceilings were low but I am 6 feet tall and had no problems with hitting my head.

This was not our first trip to Bermuda.The location is good, but the property does not match the listing. The outdoor space looked nice in photos but was neglected, covered in debris, and unusable unless we cleaned it ourselves. No maintenance was done during our 9-night stay.Inside, the unit was not properly cleaned or stocked. Dishes were dirty, there were only two mugs for three guests, and no basic essentials were provided (no paper towels, coffee, or tea). Only two rolls of toilet paper were supplied for three people over nine nights.The apartment shows clear neglect: rust, stained linens, worn towels, and damaged fixtures. Safety was also a concern, with a loose outlet, disconnected smoke detectors, poor exterior lighting, and a sink that didn’t drain properly.The listing was misleading—a 42” TV was advertised, but a much smaller one was provided. Kitchen equipment was outdated and inadequate, and only one key was given for three guests.Overall, poorly maintained, inaccurately advertised, and not guest-ready. We would not stay here again.

Paradise Found

We can’t say enough about the fabulous time we had in Bermuda, and especially how much our hosts made it possible. The accommodations were exactly as advertised and perfect for a couple. Lana was amazing! Extremely responsive and helpful with great advice about where to go and what to see. The long weekend stay flew by way too quickly. We loved every second. Would we stay here again? We’re already booked for a week next year and I wouldn’t dream about staying anywhere else!

Fabulous two weeks in Warwick, Bermuda

We were in Bermuda for the ITU Bermuda Triathlon so decided to make it a holiday so had cycling and scuba diving kit with us. With all the kit we realised that a hotel wasn't going to work so we spent two weeks in a great apartment in Warwick which turned out to be the perfect location for getting into Hamilton on the ferry or a 10 minute bike ride. It was also only 20 minute bike ride or 40 minute run along the railway trail to Dive Bermuda based at The Fairmont Hotel, Southampton. We had a local supermarket within 10 minutes walk and made the most of using the BBQ each evening. It was wonderful to meet Lana who owns the apartment and be able to ask questions and get advice about washing, buses, taxis etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend going. Have a fabulous time!

We enjoyed our stay. Lana was very nice and helpful. Just down the hill to the ferry dock, so convenient. Our apartment was the only one not yet renovated and after seeing the rest of her newly done apartments we wish we had stayed in one of them, they were beautiful.

Great location for exploring Bermuda

The apartment was perfect for us. We cooked breakfast in our private kitchen and headed down the lane to the ferry, or up the lane to the bus every day. From there we could get to any place in Bermuda. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed (including beach towels). It is on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood. In addition to the ferry and the bus, it is within walking distance to the rail trail. Lana was a great host. She was there if we needed anything, but was not intrusive. We will stay here again!

Tropical Luxury

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this lovely villa. Our ground floor room was spacious, bright and comfortable. The communal kitchen is modern and well-equipped including a gas stove, which, as avid foodies we really appreciated. The location is perfect, halfway between Middle Road, where an excellent restaurant at the Fourways Inn is located, and close to the supermarket, and the Harbour where one can catch a ferry into Hamilton. Our communications with our hostess Lana were frequent and positive. We were delighted when she shared a glass of wine with us one day when she came by. We definitely recommend this lovely spot. A tip for future guests: since there is no place to go for breakfast (Fourways Inn is only open for dinner), it's worth making a stop at the local supermarket before settling in. We also recommend accepting Lana's offer to arrange a pick up at the airport. The $50 charge works out to almost the same as a taxi with tip and assures one of personalized service.

Wonderful stay!

Very cozy one bedroom apartment centrally located within the island. Would recommend. And rent the cycles! Only negative is there is no ocean view. But there's plenty of that around the island!
