The Basement suite is quiet and comfortable.All amenities were as advertised. Location is excellent as we were attending the Spruce Meadows Masters competition.which is just 10 minutes away..

The place was clean, well looked after. The host was responding quickly to any of my questions. The place is quiet, well deserved the amount payed for it. The area is new, the closest mall is 5 minutes away. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable accommodation.

Bernice's place in Southwest Calgary was lovely! The basement suite is private and clean, with necessary amenities in the home to have a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly near a park. Even though it's in south Calgary, it isn't far from city centre, and it's an easy drive over to the mountains just like any other part of the city. The host was very accommodating and was a call/text away at anytime. Overall an amazing stay!
