This gorgeous low-country style home is the epitome of Southern and Coastal Charm and is the perfect getaway for you and your family. As soon as you pull in the circular driveway, you will want to relax on the porch with some Southern Tea or your favorite beverage or book, complete with 4 ceiling fans, a love seat, a table and 2 chairs plus a cushioned swing to enjoy!

As you enter the home, the huge foyer with hardwood floors opens up to the living and sun room areas that has a wall of windows that look out to the backyard, pool and golf course. There are vaulted and tray ceilings, sky lights and beautiful, white, round archways and columns between rooms. To the right of the entrance is the dining room with a table that seats 8. The living room has a blue sectional couch, 3 accent chairs with ottomans and a large 65" SMART TV mounted over the fireplace. The sun room area directly overlooks the pool and is complete with a wet bar, wine cooler and beautiful coastal touches and colors throughout. There is a high top table with 2 chairs plus an additional 2 chairs for relaxing.

To the right of the dining room is a small den with 32" SMART TV and queen sleeper sofa. Up a few stairs there is a half bath and then you enter the kitchen. The kitchen has 2 entrances; one by the sun room and one by the den. The kitchen is fully-stocked including a 5-burner gas stove and is tastefully done with a distressed back splash and soft blues and whites throughout. The kitchen island has 2 bar stools plus 2 swivel chairs for relaxing. In the kitchen nook there is a table with 5 chairs plus a bench seat and a mounted 43" SMART TV. This area overlooks the backyard, pool and golf course.

To the left of the foyer are 3 king-sized bedrooms and the laundry room. Two of the rooms have 32"SMART TV's and private bathrooms with single vanities and tub/shower combos. The master suite with king bed is absolutely stunning with a 55" SMART TV and renovated en-suite oversized bathroom complete with quartz vanities and an oversized walk-in shower with bench. This room overlooks the golf course.

Up 13 stairs to the second level are two additional bedrooms, a great place for the kids to have their own space. One bedroom has 2 twin beds, a chair and a 43" SMART TV. The en-suite bath has a single vanity and a walk-in shower. The other bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin bunk bed, accent chair, bench seat under window and a 43" SMART TV. The private bath has a single vanity and walk-in shower.

You may not make it to the beach as you will enjoy such peace, quiet and tranquility in the backyard, complete with your own private pool, an umbrella table that seats 12, a Weber gas grill and plenty of lounge chairs. Oh and the driveway wraps around the house so there is plenty of parking to accommodate everyone.
