Callaway House is a well proportioned home with three bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom one and two offer queen beds, bedroom three has a single. Linen and towels provided. The kitchen and dining are open plan, equipped with all of your home cooking essentials. The loungeroom is separate with comfortable furnishings and a Chromecast Television. The bathroom contains a shower and bath, with the toilet separate. The laundry is fitted out with a washing machine and basin for guest convenience, a clothesline outside in the undercover area.
There is a generous sized garden at the rear of the property which is exceptionally well kept, laid mainly to grass, with several shrubs, trees and a fernery. The BBQ is also located in the outdoor entertaining space with a table and chairs to cater for guests.
The home has a carport for private, off street parking. There is one security camera in the carport space for street security.

You are situated in the heart of the South Gippsland food and wine country, so be sure to taste a local drop whilst you're in the area. If you are staying in the town, local bites are just a walk-cycle or short drive away. Surrounding towns of Korumburra, Mirboo North, and Meeniyan are a 20 minute drive into the countryside, or our coastal towns of Inverloch, Tarwin Lower and Venus bay are 20 - 25 minute drive South.
Wilsons Prom is approximately 90mins from town, so be sure you have some wheels to get there.
