Renovated farmhouse located in the middle of the country. Located within 1 mile of the lake near several marinas and restaurants. Also within 2 miles of Camp Perry for any shooters. Plenty of extra parking for boats and trailers. Large Deck out the back door to sit on and enjoy the fresh country air. Down town Port Clinton is just a short drive away where there are several places to eat, or jump on the ferry and head out to the islands.

We loved this place. It is about 10-30 min drive from cities. 10 to grocery...30 to Sandusky . Rural but very enjoyable. Wasn’t “spotless” but was clean and I would definitely stay here again..
House was perfect for weekend fishing trip. Good space to park and plug in boat. Everything was clean and in working order, we used the charcoal grill to make burgers and steaks. It wasn’t as close to town as I thought it would be based off listing map, it was just past camp Perry, but it still wasn’t bad and worked great. Being in the country a bit made it quiet and peaceful and easy to rest after fishing all day.
Property was perfect for our family weekend get together!!
Enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for the 3 families.

Worked for our needs
The property was sufficient for our needs. The address was different than the web link, but the address the property manager gave was accurate, so only ~ 10minutes out of the way. The roofs are new (green, not red) and the advertised bedroom with a double bed was inaccurate, they were all singles. However, there were more total beds than advertised, so we had more than we needed, just slept separate from my husband. The house was fully equipped, which was nice for making a big breakfast, linens available, etc. it’s a farmhouse, so nothing luxurious but we made our way to the ferry’s to visit the islands with no problems. We even found some playing cards in the kitchen drawer, so enjoyed a few games of Euchre our first night on the deck. It didn’t bother us, but each morning we could here someone shooting, not sure if it was practice or if it was from hunting.
The house was neatly quaint and very welcoming! We Loved the fenced in yard. And the distance to anywhere that we needed to go, wasn't too far! Overall, very family friendly!
