We stayed here with our two children. The check in process was smooth, communication was smooth. The good: easy easy check in, instructions great, soooo super close to beach, easy jumping off point to other places in Miami, uber was great as was Waymo (cheaper eady to use), they accommodated us with slightly later checkout we needed with children. I offered to take out trash bags but Lorena the cleaner said she would kindly do it even though i insisted she was super nice. The beds were comfy and clean. and the AC was good. The bad: the elevator was broken, my mother in law staying in another unit with health issues had to take stairs, one of TVs in kids bedroom was not functioning, and the wifi never worked. They said there was a password but the one they provided didnt require one and never worked. The body wash dispenser wad empty when we checked in. The noise outside from cars woke us up early. The ugly: There was one roach in kitchen when we checked in, place seemed clean, never saw another one or any in other unit. The mildew smell was overpowering. It not the unit’s fault probably building owners but man it was strong!
