Loved this place. The fenced in area was amazing for our dog, and the screened in porch was delightful. The rental company was quick to respond to a request we had to fix something and took care of it immediately. The king mattress is brand new, the appliances are up to date, and the place was spotless. The pool was not available during our stay but would be an added attraction when up and running. Quiet, safe, friendly neighborhood with two beautiful parks nearby. And the included pass to the state park and beach was so appreciated.

Loved the location close to downtown Beaufort. The house was nice but could have been cleaner. Window sills and baseboards were filthy. Outdoor porch was large and very nice with a great view of the marsh. The outdoor furniture was gross! The pillows were stained and smelly. We put towels down because we didn’t want to sit on dirty cushions. Honestly, the kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful. Very quiet location. Above the ground pool was ok. Water was fortunately cool and refreshing. I think the owners should go by and inspect the property and replace the outdoor furniture or at least clean it up and buy new cushions. House was pet friendly which was nice.

Thank you for your review. We are so happy to know that you liked the location, kitchen and bathrooms. The property is checked after every check out and the window sills were spotless. The baseboards are cleaned at the end of the summer after all of the turnovers. I checked them today and not filthy, but a bit dusty. The outdoor sofa cushion will be addressed but the other furniture looks fine. The pool is shown exacly like it is in the photos online. Your agreement says to contact us immediately with any cleaning issues and we would take care of them, but we did not hear from you.

This property is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The porch with a view of the marsh is a gathering place for meals and morning coffee. Highly recommended!

Loved having fenced in yard for pups. The swimming pool was a real treat. The neighborhood was wonderful for walking dogs,, and accessing locations through downtown. THE VIEW was the bomb.

The home was clean and check in was easy. The pool is a nice feature and we enjoyed utilizing it. However we didn’t appreciate knowing someone had been at the property while we were away at the beach during the day and had moved our personal belongings outside near the pool. There was no communication that someone would be coming to the home while we stayed and even if we weren’t there it should have still been communicated to us.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We agree with you 100% about someone coming over without your knowledge. We had no idea anyone was coming to the house during your stay. The only thing I can think of is the guy who cleans the pool came by for some reaon. Again we had no knowledge of anyone being scheduled or we would have notified you.
