Legacy Loft in Award-Winning Habersham Community

****Welcome to The Legacy Loft****

The Legacy Loft is located in the prestigious, highly sought-after, & award-winning Habersham community and boasts both a large front patio that overlooks the central marketplace of Habersham and spacious living quarters which have just been completely updated and renovated: all new high end appliances (including a fully equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer), three smart TVs, quartz countertops, luxurious linens, plush towels and stylish modern decor. Our master bedroom features a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin size beds along with a twin sized pull-out sofa.

If you are in search of a comfortable retreat where you can kick back and relax while still enjoying all of the luxuries of your own home, this is the property for you!

The Habersham community also features a marsh-front pool, dock, river retreat space for relaxing by the water, fishing, tennis, dining and shopping, all of which you will have access to during your stay!

We are also centrally located to the following local attractions: dowtown Beaufort (7 miles/15 minutes); Hunting Island Public Beach (25 miles/45 minutes); Tanger outlets in Bluffton/Hilton Head (26 miles/40 minutes); and downtown Savannah (38 miles/50 minutes).

For our local military and their families who may be celebrating graduations, pre-deployment leave or just a routine visit we are 10 miles from Parris Island (18 minutes) and 5 miles from the Marine Corps Air Station (10 minutes).

Please be aware that if you choose to circumvent our house rules and bring additional guests (above and beyond the permitted 5) and/or a pet, smoke in our home and/or violate any other rules we reserve the right to terminate your reservation and/or charge additional fees for cleaning and/or security. If you bring more than 5 guests we will charge extra for each additional guest that you bring, in addition to reserving the right to terminate your reservation. Furthermore, this property is in a quiet community that has neighborhood security & a neighborhood watch in place, so if you are planning a trip where you intend to break our rules, disrespect our home or party this is not the property for you.

****Please note that you will have to climb one flight of stairs to access the main living area of the loft and an additional flight of stairs to access the bedrooms****

We were so pleased! The location, the design of the space and Austin were all just the best. The front porch was a perfect hang out/people watching spot. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds(!) SO COMFORTABLE! Next time we’re in Habersham we will definitely book here again.

Love Habersham!

Place was located in a great spot- a few steps from the great restaurants and bars in town. There was both a back porch for privacy and a front porch of you want to oversee the little downtime. Market area. Our host was great checking in before to ensure we were comfortable with the logistics and directions and very responsive when we had a question. A GREAT experience in wvery way.

Clean, Cozy, and So Charming

We had such a great stay at The Legacy Loft in Habersham. The space was super clean and felt really welcoming as soon as we walked in. The beds were incredibly comfortable—honestly some of the best we’ve slept in while traveling, which made a big difference after long days out and about.The location was a highlight. Habersham is adorable—it seriously felt like walking through Stars Hollow from Gilmore Girls. Everyone was friendly, the architecture was beautiful, and it had that small-town charm that makes you want to grab a coffee from Mary Lou's and just wander. We happened to be there during a fundraiser and the main street shut down and there was music, festivities. It was a blast. We let the kids go to the pizza place while we had a date at the Italian restaurant. This was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend away. We'd definitely stay here again!
