FridayWe enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and the location was great. However, we did have some disappointments. The only bathtub in the house would not hold water and we couldn’t bathe our babies, The dryer didn’t work properly and we had to take towels through several cycles to completely dry, The WiFi was weak and we could not watch tv in the bedrooms. Also, there were ants in the kitchen. We had to throw out some food. We did enjoy the pool and appreciate you sending someone out to clean it. We also enjoyed the bikes. I will be writing a review soon. Thank you! Wanda Gatlin

A Wonderful Surprise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Since this was my first trip to Hilton Head in over 35+ years, I didn't know what to expect from the island and just from pictures, I didn't know what to expect from the house. It was a wonderful surprise on both counts. The house was wonderful. Everything worked as it should, the decor was awesome, the pool was a definite go to, the beach a short walk away and the staff was quick to react when I had concerns or questions. The whole family loved it. The two concerns I had were that the garbage had not been picked up and the pool got cloudy after a couple of big rains. I called Island Rentals and the trash was picked up within a couple of hours. I called again about the pool, a pool tech was there within a couple of hours and the pool was clear as a bell within a day. Great stay.
