Property was clean and functional but the listing didn't mention that it was at the back of another property which meant a total lack of privacy - especially having to walk along the side of the property at the front. The garden area was also rather unkempt.

To ensure full clarity for our guests, our listing does detail that the property is a detached dwelling situated on a shared block behind the main house. The place was very cosy and well supplied. It was lovely and clean and in a great location. It had everything we needed and Samantha was always very responsive. We had a lovely stay at Magnolia Cottage and would not hesitate to stay there again.
