The Happy Place is set up with two units which made it easy for us and adult kids visiting too. It was well equipped to make meals in the downstairs kitchen.Richard was great with all communication.

The host was very easily reached by phone or text. Immediately responding to questions. He is very personable. The home is fully equipped and ready for use . All appliances clean and good working order . The location is a 5 minute drive from downtown midland . Totally suited for 5/6 quests .
