Ideal for couples or small families looking to unwind by the water while staying close to local shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Inside, the home features a bright and inviting living space with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a cozy gas-burning fireplace. Large windows and sliding doors bring in natural light and offer beautiful views of the lake. Next to the main living area, a bright sunroom overlooking the lake provides the perfect spot to relax, enjoy your morning coffee, or unwind at the end of the day. The sunroom also features a padded floor, making it ideal for yoga, stretching, or light workouts. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

There are two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with a double bed. A full bathroom with a shower.

Step outside to enjoy your private lakefront setting. Take in the peaceful surroundings, relax by the water, or practice your putting skills on the putting green for a fun and unique touch. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for a cozy night under the stars, or head down to the dock to take in stunning sunset views over the lake.

We`re located just minutes from downtown Midland, giving you quick access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, while still enjoying the privacy and tranquility of a secluded waterfront retreat.

The home is just a five-minute walk to Little Lake Park, where you’ll find two children’s playgrounds, a beach, scenic walking paths, picnic areas, a restaurant, a baseball diamond, a museum, the YMCA, and a skatepark.

This kit is meant to get you started. Once these items run out, guests are responsible for replenishing them as needed.

Guests have full, private access to the entire cottage and backyard during their stay.

We are always available by text or phone call if you need anything during your stay.

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests - this includes day visitors.

No parties or events allowed.

No smoking inside the cottage. If smoking outside please dispose of butts properly.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbours.

Life jackets are available but sizes may vary, please bring your own if preferred.

Pets are not permitted.

Parking available for up to 4 cars in the driveway.

*Note: The loft area is not intended or permitted for guest use. Should it be accessed, guests do so at their own risk and must exercise caution when using the ladder/stairs. Please note that the loft walkway has an open railing that is not fully enclosed, so extra care is required at all times, especially with children.

Payment is due at the time of booking. Confirmed guests will receive a link to our guest portal to sign our rental agreement and view booking details (including payments and receipts).
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
100% Refund: For cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date.
50% Refund: For cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the check-in date.
No Refund: For cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the check-in date.

A $500 security hold will be placed on the guest’s credit card 3 days prior to check-in. This is a pre-authorization only and no funds will be charged unless damage or excessive cleaning is identified after check-out.
