I would agree with other review. Bunkbeds make noise. Slept on couch. Its well water, and has an odor. But adds to the cottage feel. The deck and BBQ is excellent. Peaceful here, water view. Its a good price for what you get. Considering coming back next year.

We stayed here with my daughter’s friend’s family and had such a great time!The place was beautiful and offered plenty of privacy — everyone loved it.The waterfront was clean and well organized, and we really enjoyed kayaking.The house was tidy and felt very clean and comfortable.We’d definitely love to come back. Highly recommend this spot!

Property pictures were misleading showing several pictures of docks, but only one was ours to use. As it turned out, we had to use the public boat launch (charge to park) one mile away, using the Trent Severn Lock in order to use my boat. The bunk beds were so squeaky loud that a family member decided to sleep on the couch instead. There were no drawers or closets for our clothes and only one stand for suitcases.We were disappointed that we were unable to swim from the shore or dock, especially as we had grandsons there to play in the water. There were too many weeds and it was too marshy. Location of the cottage was good and it was well kept. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The Cottage had great Internet and Wifi, and the kitchen was well stocked, The A/C worked very well.
