This unit was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay in New Hampshire. I especially enjoyed the screened in porch. Thank you.

Cute little getaway for two. Nicely maintained studio. Great use of space in this one room. I’d recommend a toaster oven. The parking was less than desirable and difficult to get out of the space when full do to the giant (yet beautiful) tree in the parking lot. Also, the stairs leading up stairs to the property were not level and a bit sketchy at the first landing. Due to our schedule for the weekend we were not able to check out the water or the game room. The Diner up the road was great. Market Basket has premade meals and will steam up a lobster for you making it easy to bring back to the property and eat on the covered deck.

The unit was modern, clean, well-decorated and comfortable. Appreciated that coffee was provided. We had a bit of glitch checking in, but Lisa was so easy to reach and responded right away! Her attention was very much appreciated, and exactly what is needed should something flukey happen. I would recommend.
