We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our check-in process is designed to be very straightforward, and guests can access the property directly using the door code provided. All relevant parking information is also outlined in the listing under the amenities section, including details about the garage.
As this is a self check-in property, we are not on-site, but we remain available remotely to assist when needed. The property had just been cleaned prior to your arrival, and the door lock was confirmed to be functioning with battery power.
