Pet-Friendly upstairs Villa at Sunset Beach

This Sea Trail large 1 bedroom(king(sleeps 2), 1 bathroom townhouse rental is located at Sunset Beach (1 mile from the beach) and overlooks one of the resorts 3 signature golf courses, "The Maples".
This townhouse is fully furnished and equipped with a kitchen(dishes, pots & pans, microwave, coffee pot, stove, oven and dishwasher), dining area, living room with a TV and VCR and/or DVD player, and a washer and dryer.
Rates include bed and bath linens, departure cleaning, utilities, WiFi, and condo parking.
The Resort Village Activity Center has a outdoor and indoor pool, a kiddie pool, a hot tub, and a workout room that are all available to guests for an additional fee that is NOT included in your rental rates.
For Golfers, Sea Trail features 3 Championship golf courses. The Myrtle Beach area has more than 100 golf courses to call for a tee time!!
For Beach lovers, you are just a few minutes away from Sunset's sandy beaches. You can build sand castles, fly kites, walk, run, or ride bikes.
For Families, there are many putt-putt courses within the area, a Planetarium at Sunset Beach, A Museum at Ocean Isle Beach, and Ripley's Aquarium and Broadway at the Beach at near by Myrtle Beach.
During the summer months (June, July, and August), there is a Saturday to Saturday 7 day rental requirement. All other times, there is a 3 night minimum stay.
Check-In time is 4:00 pm and Check-out is 10:00 am.
We are pet friendly, however, your pet MUST be approved by the owner prior to arrival. There is a $100.00 pet fee that is not refundable! Please understand that our cleaning staff has to do extra work for our next guests that might be allergic to pets.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Spacious & super clean upstairs villa!

We had a great long weekend and were so impressed. The space is even larger than the photos make it appear, and everything was very clean and well taken care of! The bed and furniture was all very comfortable. Communication from the hosts was fantastic! We can't wait to return!

Quiet, Golf and Beach!

Spacious one bedroom condo. Stairs are inside. Parked right outside door. Bridge to beach right around corner. He golfed in morning and we beached in afternoon....perfect. Screened porch was nice too! Thank you!

Convenient and comfortable

The owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable….even a doggie gate! The property was clean and nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. We were impressed with the labeling for linens and instructions for various things…..very well thought out for renting one’s property. The beach was sooo close! And, lastly, the owners accepts Fidos! We didn’t hear any noise from other close villas and we hope that they didn’t hear us. Overall…..thumbs up to this villa!!

We purchased this property in July of 2020!! We both love the beach, so it was a no brainer!! Sunset Beach is our favorite place on earth!! We hope you come to visit!

Why they chose this property

Tommy's parents have a place on the Intercoastal Waterway near the Sunset Bridge. We love coming to their house and fishing off of their dock. We have rented at Sea Trail a few times for family reunions and fell in love with the resort. So, when this property became available, we knew we had to have it! We have 2 precious 4 legged babies that we do not get to bring with us when we visit Tommy's parents. So, now they get to make the trip with us!! We are so excited about this new adventure in our lives!! We hope if you choose to stay with us, that you enjoy your stay. If something isn't right, please let us know and we will fix it before you come again!!

What makes this property unique

Sea Trail Golf Resort has 3 wonderful golf courses!! They also have several restaurants within the property. The Jones/Byrd Clubhouse has the Magnolia's Restaurant, the Maples Clubhouse has Brassie's Pub, and House's Place is new to the resort. On Sunset Beach there is Maverick's, Crabby Oddwater's, and The Boat Landing restaurants. A few miles down the road at Ocean Isle Beach there are several more unique little restaurants. Sharky's, Ocean Isle Fish Company, and The Isle's Restaurant.
