This was a great place. It was in a quiet area, was well maintained. We were very comfortable. It was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook and serve a meal.

We had a great stay - the location was private and quiet, and easy walk to the beach. The pool area was great and lots of parking. We had everything we needed (family of 3) for the weekend trip. Host was very accommodating up until the trip, quick responses and went the extra mile to give me updates as Hurricane Erin came through - which luckily did not impact our trip! Very clean, organized, good set up and just what we hoped for!

Super excellent!!!….,, will definitely be returning to stay on beautiful ocean Isle. The host went out of her way to ensure our vacation went off without a hitch and bent over backwards to make sure we were happy in every way.!!! All of the surprises in the beach storage locker were a big plus, especially the transport beach cart!!

Great stay at Cozy Condo! 7/27/25-7/29/25. West end of Ocean Isle away from the traffic and crowds. 4 min easy walk to beach access. Note: Steep steps at beach access and no handicap ramp at this particular location. Plenty of convenient parking at the condo. 1 1/2 flights of steps. Perfect size for couple or family of four (twin bunk beds are in hall). Nice pool. Condo was exceptionally clean with pleasing overall decor. Nice size living area with TV and sliding glass doors to balcony. Small kitchen but perfectly adequate with breakfast bar and dining room table. Lots of kitchen equipment.A/C worked perfectly keeping condo nice and cool. Plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Extra bathroom towels. Queen bed was VERY comfortable.Check-in was easy. Cameron was a joy to work with!Would definitely recommend this property!I will be returning!
