We had the best condo! Pristine and perfectly located in Sea Trail. The owners were super helpful and their communication was terrific! We’ve been coming to Sunset since 1996 and this is a top spot for sure!

We enjoyed our stay! Tara communicated great with us throughout. The condo was well furnished & stocked with items needed. We enjoyed the grounds of walking trails and pool access. Location to nearby conveniences and sites to visit was great.

Very spacious and kitchen well equipped with anything you might need. Shirt drive to the beach. An area to wash off beach chairs and items would have been helpful.

Great stay, convenient to the beach and Sea Trail amenities; will definitely stay again. Great communication with contact person.

Very cute place; beautiful view of the golf course - almost feels like you're in the countryside from the back porch. Was perfect layout for us, our dog, and our college-age children. The stairs have a short, deep riser, so easier to climb for those worried about stairs.

Loved it!

We were there for a beach visit but totally enthralled by the backyard view over Hole 1. Osprey nest, blue heron, turtles.C alligators and egrets. Clean and modern accommodations made our visit super! Host communicated a lot. Loved our visit!

Great overall, would definitely come back

Everything about this stay was good enough to make me want to return. The owner was very responsive and proactive in telling us to expect a boarded-up storm damaged window that hadn't been repaired yet. Was no problem for us. Location was a big plus for us as we had family staying on the island at Sunset Beach, which was only 7 minutes away door-to-door. Being on the golf course with nice view and being on the top floor was nice, too. Beds and indoor furniture were comfortable (didn't try outdoor furniture, but it didn't look too comfortable and it was hot so we just stayed inside). Community rec areas, pools were nice. Reasons I didn't give it a 5-star rating: no rugs anywhere, so no where to wipe your feet; only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 2 small garbage bags...a pet peeve of mine when owners skimp in these areas; dryer's high heat timer didn't work, so clothes dried all night (6 hrs.), meaning we're lucky we didn't burn the place down. Yikes. But I imagine the owner probably didn't know about that, and will probably get that fixed quickly (but do ask before you stay there). Overall, well worth the money and as stated earlier, I'd definitely rent it again!
