Nice home, lots of windows and space. Slightly dated furniture and carpet. Great access to beach, pool was awesome. Overall, a very good stay!

The house was clean and family friendly. Our only concern was that the pool area and steps leading to the pool had not been cleaned, and that was immediately addressed when we let Village Realty know about it.

Cleaning between guest in kitchen area needs more attention. Just a heads up. Not an issue for our trip. There was spaghetti sauce splatters on walls near sink and stove that attracted ants. Cleaned up most of what I saw. We had a lovely stay in this older home. Perfect location and close enough to drive to Avalon Pier for fishing. Will definitely book again!!
