Apartment for 4-6 persons, with garden, pets possible, a few minutes to the beach

The apartment (75 m²) is on the upper floor of a 6 family house and extends over 2 levels.
In the lower area there is the living room with TV, sofa bed for 2 people, open kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer) and dining area for 6-8 people, the 1st Bedroom with double (1.6x2.0m) and the 2nd Bedroom with 2 single beds (0.8x2.0m), the bathroom with tub / shower / toilet and washing machine and a large balcony with awning and seating.
In the mansard area, the 3rd Bedroom with 2 single beds and closet. Insect screens are in all bedrooms and living rooms. WiFi is available in the apartment.
Parking space, bicycle shed, travel cot and high chair for small children as well as a garden with a garden house invite you to barbecue and play. Linen packages can be borrowed if required (10, -Eur / Pers., Bed linen + towels). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony! Pets are welcome on request. Nudist and dog beach existing

For families with small children, the apartment offers a small garden with gazebo and barbecue area. Charcoal grill, garden table, 6 chairs and 2 children's chairs invite you to play and grill or to spend quiet hours in the evening sun, away from the beach. The garden is in a very quiet location, completely protected and easily visible from the apartment, so that you can let your children play there safely during the day.

A handcart, designed by Trautmann from Heidenau, is ready for use in the bicycle shed.

For vacationers who are looking for peace and relaxation in nature and want to benefit from the clean and brine sea air, a trip to the Baltic Sea is recommended in every season.
The apartment has underfloor heating. This means that the apartment is available to you all year round. Please note that the underfloor heating must be switched on at least 1 day in the cold season and 2 days in the case of longer frosts to ensure a comfortable room temperature! In order to make optimal use of the heating in the apartment, at least 3 nights should be booked in the cold season.

The beach sections for nudists and dogs are easy to reach on foot.

The apartment has a parking space in the parking lot of the residence. If you arrive with more than one car, you can park additional vehicles in public parking areas in the residential area or not far from town.
