Beautiful & clean property will all amenities one might need. I loved the coffee machine & the stunning views of Hagley park. Great location at centre of town. No allocated parking but I had no trouble getting parking right outside the property each day. Only downside is that the property is on the 3rd floor with no lift option. I struggled a bit carrying my luggage up and down, but it was worth the trouble as the accommodation was beyond stunning. And I look forward to staying here in my future visits.

Apartment is lovely, clean & modern. Communication is great and the location is fab with only a 10min walk into town. A big omission is not mentioning in the description that there is no lift. Carrying our heavy cases up and down 3 flights of stairs was a surprise & very difficult. It's just by luck that I had my mother in a different accommodation as she never would've managed the stairs and it would have been extremely stressful finding an alternative accommodation for her last minute. hence the 3 stars. Please add very clearly to your listing that there is no lift.
