About this property

A 4 person holiday home in Cavalaire sur Mer

Our house is located about 600 m from the city center in the closed residential complex "Les Mas du Levant". It is built in the Provençal style and was completely renovated in 2010 and adapted to today's requirements for sophisticated living. There is a parking space in front of the house. The house has a living space of around 57 square meters and consists on the ground floor of a larger living / dining room with a built-in kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso machine), a bathroom with shower and separate toilet, and a storage room with washing machine and Microwave. In the living room there is a flat screen TV (German TV), a DVD player, WiFi and a hi-fi amplifier.


The upper floor consists of two bedrooms (one bedroom with a French double bed (width: 140 cm) and another room with two single beds). A high chair, changing mat and stool are available for small children. The shady terrace has an area of approximately 25 square meters and has a small view of the sea. As a highlight there is direct access to the sea from one of the most beautiful bathing bays in Cavalaire (approx. 2 minutes' walk) from the grounds of the residential complex; the sandy beach is about 1000m away.

Für einen entspannten Urlaub

Die Buchung und Klärung von Fragen haben super geklappt. Das kleine Häuschen und seine Umgebung haben unsere Erwartung übertroffen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Bucht ist ein Traum. Während der Ferienzeit ist man dort aber selten alleine. Nach ein paar Tagen hatten wir ein kleines Stechmückenproblem; eine Grundausstattung an Mückenschutz ist hier nie verkehrt. Wir haben das Meiste in Cavalaire zu Fuß erledigt, mit dem kostenlosen Busshuttle zu den anderen Stränden im Sommer kann man während des Aufenthalts fast auf das Auto verzichten.

Une petite maison parfaite

Super séjour à Cavalaire-sur-mer dans cette petite maison au sein d'une résidence à 10 minutes à pied du port et des commerces, résidence avec parking. L'appartement est très propre et vraiment bien équipé. Idéal pour une famille avec 1 ou 2 enfants. Les propriétaires ainsi que l'équipe de gestion sont réactifs en cas de souci. Je recommande.

Maison bien équipéemagnifique station balnéaire

Petite maison de vacances très bien équipée, parfaite pour couple avec deux enfants. Résidence avec accès à une petite crique CEPENDANT accessible par un escalier dangereux, et qui attire les foules d'adolescents qui passent et repassent sans cesse devant la maison. La station balnéaire est magnifique, et il y a beaucoup de monde en aout, ce qui peut rendre les nuits un peu bruyantes.

Die fast hauseigene Bucht liegt nur 50 m entfernt am Ende der Anlage. Superklares Wasser, Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen. Super zum Schnorcheln. Stadt ca. in 1 km Entfernung. Besonders: Frischer Fisch vom Fischer von 10 -12 Uhr im hinteren Bereich des Hafens. Ausstattung: Alles da was man braucht.

gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wir hatten mal wieder zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Cavalaire sur mer. Das Haus ist recht zentral gelegen. Man ist in ca. 10 Minuten unten in der City. Gerade Mittwochs wenn Markt ist braucht man nicht lange einen Parkplatz suchen, man ist in ein paar Minuten zu fuß da. Die Einrichtung war sehr schön und alles war top in Ordnung und sauber. Besonders hat uns die Küchenausstattung gefallen, alles war vorhanden und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Eine Waschmaschiene im Süden ist auch immer sehr gut, wenn man mal schnell die Handtücher vom Strand durchwaschen will. Besonders gefallen hat uns das Satelliten-Radio. Man hatte eine große Auswahl an Radio Sendern, die man über die Stereo Anlage hören konnte. Und ab und zu deutsches TV war auch gut. Die Terrasse ist sehr gemütlich und man kann abends noch lange draussen sitzen beim leckeren Wein. Wer ein gemütliches Haus zentral gelegen sucht, ist in diesem Ferienhaus bestens aufgehoben. tolle Unterkunft, nette Vermieter

Ein sehr schönes kleines Ferienreihenhaus in einer abgeschlossenen Ferienanlage auf dem Cap von Cavalaire direkt oberhalb des Hafens. Hier merkt man, dass die Eigentümer aus Deutschland kommen und Wert auf gute Ausstattung legen. Es fehlt nichts, alles neuwertig, Geschirr, Gläser, Elektrogeräte ... alles vom Feinsten, wirklich eine Wohltat, wenn einem andere Ferienhäuser bekannt sind. Die Ferienanlage grenzt eine sehr schöne kleine Bucht, in der man morgens und abends den felsigen Strand fast für sich hat. Leider halten sich nach den frühen Morgenstunden mittlerweile sehr viele Jugendliche in dieser Bucht auf, da die Anlage für jeden zugänglich ist. Dafür hat das Haus eine schöne Terrasse auf der man fast den gesamten Tag Sonne hat. Das Zufahrtstor hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, weil es so leise auf und zu geht, das man dieses kaum war nimmt.Die Nähe zur City und der Hafen sind in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Toll wäre eine W-Lan Anbindung, gerne auch gegen eine Gebühr. Vielen Dank auch für die schnellen Rückmeldungen auf unsere Fragen, sehr angenehmer Kontakt!

Klein, aber fein.

Ein kleines, schnuckeliges Ferienreihenhaus in einer abgeschlossenen Ferienanlage. Ideal zu zweit, zu viert machbar. Tolle Ausstattung - hier merkt man, dass die Eigentümer selbst ab und an hier Urlaub machen und daher ihr Domizil mit Liebe eingerichtet haben. Es fehlt nichts, alles neuwertig, Geschirr, Gläser, Elektrogeräte ... alles vom feinsten, wirklich eine Wohltat, wenn man die Ausstattung anderer Ferienhäuser kennt. Lage ist ok, an die Ferienanlage grenzt eine sehr schöne kleine Bucht an, in der man zumindest morgens und abends den felsigen Strand fast für sich hat. Dafür ist das Haus das erste der Anlage, direkt neben der Einfahrt, was ein wenig Verkehrsbetrieb mit sich bringt (Rolltor auf, Rolltor zu, ...), ist aber auszuhalten. Es ist eben kein freistehendes Haus mit riesigem Garten ... Die City und der Hafen sind in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, eines der besten Restaurants mit grandiosem Blick (L'Etract) direkt um die Ecke. Uns hat es für einen kleinen Zwischenurlaub gut gefallen und wir haben nichts zu meckern, die Kommunikation / Orga war seitens der deutschen Vermieter einwandfrei.
