Nous avons passé trois très belles semaines dans cet appartement. Tout nous a beaucoup plu : la magnifique vue depuis le balcon, l’appartement bien équipé avec beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisine, ainsi que l’ambiance calme et agréable de la résidence.Les voisins sont très sympathiques et la concierge est très accueillante et serviable.Nous recommandons cet appartement avec plaisir !

Insgesamt gut - Anzeige nicht ganz genau

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden. Nur zwei Kritikpunkte: Die Anzeige gibt WLAN an, aber es gibt kein WLAN. Außerdem kann man die Unterkunft selber reinigen. Bei uns haben die Vormieter das nicht sehr gründlich gemacht. Die Unterkunft ist aber super ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen, man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am schönen Strand, der toll zum Schnorcheln ist. Der Balkon bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht. Man kann ruhig mit offenen Fenstern schlafen, da man keinen Verkehr hört. Dies ist auch nötig, da es sehr warm wird. Man sollte allerdings Mückenschutzmittel nutzen.

Fast alles perfekt

Die Wohnung ist in einem tadellosen Zustand, scheinbar frisch renoviert und alles ist vorhanden, auch Spül- und Waschmaschine. Auch, dass die Wohnung recht klein ist, stört weiter nicht, zumal eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Meerblick wie ein zusätzliches Zimmer ist. Die Lage ist top: ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, ein wunderschöner Strand direkt unterhalb der sehr gepflegten Anlage. Leider müssen auch zwei negative Punkte Erwähnung finden: Der Schlafplatz ist direkt unter dem Dach, das nur durch ein sehr kleines Dachfenster zu belüften ist und daher sehr warm. Da es während unseres Aufenthalts stets sonnig und warm war, hat sich die Hitze dort gestaut. Zudem gibt es kein WLAN, obwohl dies in der Anzeige bei der Ausstattung als vorhanden aufgeführt ist. Unter dem Strich dennoch ein sehr schöner Urlaub, trotz zweier Wermutstropfen.

Dans une résidence loin de la foule du centre de Cavalaire, l'appartement, bien que petit, est super équipé et décoré avec goût par les propriétaires. Oubliez les locations conçues pour exploiter les touristes, avec une fourchette par personne; vous êtes ici chez des particuliers, et cela fait une grande différence. Sauf la lingerie, tout est sur place, y inclus affaires de plage et essentiel de cuisine. La vue du balcon magnifique. Recommandé sans reserves.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr saubere Wohnung und für 2 Personen genau richtig von der Grösse. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, es gab sogar Spülmittel und eine Waschmachine inkl. Bügelbrett. Das Objekt ist neu renoviert und sehr empfehlenswert. Es gibt einen Concierge, der sich um alle Anliegen kümmert.

Sehr schöne Ferien in Cavalaire sur Mer

Wir haben als Paar für zwei Wochen in der hauptsächlich von Franzosen im besten Alter genutzten und deshalb sehr ruhigen und sauberen Wohnanlage unsere Ferien verbracht. Ein mit Code gesichertes Tor sichert die Zufahrt in die Wohnanlage. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön gelegen, bietet einen herrlichen Meeresblick vom Balkon und hat eine vollständige Ausstattung. Anscheinend verbringen die Besitzer hier selbst einige Zeit im Jahr. Alle Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich. Wir wurden von John, dem Concierge, in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Zur kleinen, aber wirklich sehr schönen Sandstrandbucht hatten wir cirka 300 m Fußweg. Das Zentrum mit dem Hafen ist ca. 1,5 km entfernt. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Raum. Unten liegt der Wohnraum mit einer neuen Küche, zwei Sessel die auch als Betten umbebaut werden können und eine Ablage. Das abgeschlossene Bad mit Waschmaschine sind - wie der Rest der Wohnung - ebenfalls neu renoviert. Eine steile Treppe führt dann in den offenen Schlafbereich direkt unter dem Dach. Hier kann nachts mit einem kleinen Dachfenster ein wenig gelüftet werden. Bei mehr als 30 Grad Außentemperatur und der dadurch kräftig aufgeheizten Dachkonstruktion ist das auch mehr als nötig. Leider nahmen die reichlich vorhandenen Moskitos diese Einladung auch gerne an. Ein Klimagerät würde die Wohnung perfekt machen. Dies - und die fehlenden Fliegengitter - sind die einzigen Kritikpunkte, die einen Stern Abzug bedeuten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen und senden nochmals liebe Grüße an die freundlichen Bewohner. Justyna und Frank Holderbach

Traumhaft schönes und ruhiges Appartement

Nur knapp 30 Autominuten vom Trubel in St. Tropez entfernt liegt Cavalaire-sur-mer. Das Appartement ist ca. 1,5 Km vom Zentrum, absolut ruhige Lage in einer kleinen Anlage. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, es geht steil hoch. Die Lage ist ca. 45 m über dem Meer. Zu diesem geht es entsprechend steil nach unten. Kleiner, aber sehr sauberer und gepflegter Strand. Bademöglichkeit auch für Kinder. Sandstrand. WC. In der Umgebung von Cavalaire unendliche Wanderwege und - wir sind Mountainbiker - traumhafte Wege entlang der Küstenstraße und in die Berge (Les Pradels, bis zu ca. 500 HM). Auch extreme Trails (steil) kann man zur Genüge finden. Wir sind E-Mountainbiker, Gott sei Dank, und sind von „unserem“ Appartement aus ca. 300 Km gefahren. Bis kurz vor Lavandou oder bis St. Tropez oder La Mole oder Plage de Pampelonne. Kein Berg bzw. Hügel war vor uns sicher... Zischendurch oder am Ende einer Tour baden am langen Strand zwischen Cavalaire und La Croix-Valmer, oder unterhalb vom Col Collebas, Plage de Cigaro. Alternativ der Plage de Pampelonne mit seinen berühmten Stränden und Bars. Die ganze Region zwischen Cavalaire-Sur-Mer und St. Tropez ist herrlich. Noch kurz zum Appartement: für zwei Personen perfekt. Komplett eingerichtet: Küche komplett eingerichtet, Geschirr/Pfannen/Besteck und mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Dusche/WC mit Waschmaschine. Grosser Schrank. Schlafbereich über eine schmale Treppe erreichbar. Sehr bequemes Bett. Das Tollste aber: der Balkon! Frühstücken in der Morgensonne, ab 13/14 Uhr schattig (auch ohne Markise). Und eine Aussicht! Echt wie auf dem Bild. Es ist auch kaum was zu hören von der Strasse D559. Wir haben die Ruhe und die Stimmung jeden Tag genossen. In der Anlage wohnen u.a. Rentner (teilweise das ganze Jahr über) oder man nutzt sein Appartement als Feriendomizil an Wochenenden oder in den Ferien. Direkt neben der Anlage befindet sich ein Campingplatz (Bonporteau). Von da hört man auch fast nichts. Also nix für Party-Freaks. Relaxen, Sport, Lesen. Natur und Meer geniessen. Einkaufen: Boulangerie ca. 1,2 Km zu Fuß, Supermarkt am besten mit Auto, auch nur ca. 1 Km weg. In Cavalaire-Sur-Mer am Hafen schöne und gute Restaurants, oder Café‘s im Zentrum. Wassersportler kommen hier auch auf Ihre Kosten. Man kann sich Boote oder Stand-Up-Boars ausleihen. Mann kann Ausfüge mit kleinen Linienbooten/Schiffen zu den Inseln oder Städten der Umgebung machen. Kurz: TOP

Klein maar heel fijn !

Klein appartement maar zeer goed uitgerust (alles is er) en praktische indeling. Rustige ligging met prachtig uitzicht op zee. In de ochtend tot halverwege de middag zon op het balkon. Met slagboom afgesloten terrein. (Gratis) parkeren voor de deur. Buren zitten wel dichtbij maar waren rustig. Niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht(er) ter been zijn. Een steile trap leidt naar de slaapruimte.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines dans ce beau studio tout équipé! Le studio est situé dans une résidence calme et est idéal pour un couple avec un enfant en bas âge. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique et la plage du bonporteau est accessible en 5minutes. Pour aller en ville et aux plages des villes (plus adapté pour les petits enfants) il faut marcher un peu plus entre 20 et 30 minutes mais le trajet n'est pas difficile.

Appartamento accogliente e confortevole!

L'appartamento è situato in un'ottima posizione, con una bella vista sul mare. E' ideale sia per raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia di Bonporteau, sia per raggiungere in poco tempo le vicine località di Sain Tropez, Port Grimaud, Grimaud, e le splendide spiagge più ad est, come quelle di Le Lavandou e dell'Estagnol. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che è necessario, compresa l'attrezzatura per la spiaggia: noi siamo stati a dormire in 4 (2 adulti e due bambini). Piacevolissima è la terrazza su cui si può mangiare con la splendida vista del mare. Da sottolineare anche il comodissimo parcheggio sotto casa. Da consigliare soprattutto a chi è alla ricerca di una vacanza tranquilla, lontano dal caos, ma vicina a tutto ciò che serve, compreso il centro di Cavalaire a 3 minuti di distanza in macchina. Non ultima, la gentilezza della proprietaria Catherine. Lo consiglierei anche ai miei amici!
