Very beautiful new apartment Conditioned located 5 minutes walk from the city center, harbor and beaches. T2 in recent residence standing and closed. With a private garage in a sealed floor. American kitchen fully equipped with new (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc ...) large separate bedroom with a bed 140 and dressing room, lounge with convertible sofa + TV. Bathroom with bath, separate toilet. Large terrace of 20 m2 equipped with lovely open views of a garden, table, chairs and barbecue. Orientation East

Die saubere FeWo liegt sehr zentral (500 m zum Zentrum), 2 Supermärkte sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Gastgeber sind sehr nett, sie erlaubten uns die Garagennutzung IM Objekt (mit Fahrstuhl von der Wohnung erreichbar).

Bel appartement proche des commerces, du centre ville et de la mer

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour d'une dizaine de jours fin mai et avons apprécié l'agencement, la propreté de l'appartement, sa grande terrasse ainsi que l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. La crique de Bonporteau à 10 mn à pied, on a apprécié! Seul bémol avec la connexion wifi qui n'était pas encore opérationnelle. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Propriétaire très sympa et disponible. L'appartement était super propre. On rejoint la ville à pieds en une dizaine de minutes mais le supermarché lui, est tout près. Je le recommande très vivement!

Très bel appartement

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cet appartement (dans un bel immeuble avec ascenseur) très bien agencé, climatisé, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, avec une très bonne literie. Superbe terrasse avec une belle vue sur les hauteurs de Cavalaire. Le garage qui est un plus non négligeable. Nous avons été très bien reçu par les propriétaires avec une touche d'attention très appréciable. Toutes commodités (proche d'un supermarché, navette gratuite, proche du centre ville, etc..). Je recommande vivement cette location.

apartement tres joli avec une très belle terrasse pour manger.tout près de la plage de bonporteau.

On a passé une belle semaine avec toutes les commodités de l'apartement.proche de la belle plage de bonporteau, le garage pour la voiture un plus ainsi que la proximité du carrefour. Propriétaires très gentils et disponible. À recommender.
