Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear you found the home beautiful, clean, and spacious enough for your large family, and that everyone had room to relax and enjoy the entertainment options. We’re also happy to know the kids had a great time in the pool despite the temperature concern. That said, we’re sorry to hear the hot tub didn’t perform as expected during your stay. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us follow up and ensure everything is working properly for future guests. It’s great to hear the home was well stocked for your needs and that your group of 18 was comfortable throughout your stay. We truly appreciate you choosing us and hope to host your family again in the future! Wonder Vacation Homes

The garbage disposal was indeed clogged and we apologize that it took us an extra day to go buy a new kitchen sink disposal system and install it- this was completed during your stay. While we always thrive to provide the best of services to all our guests, we are extremely sorry that things did not turn out as we expected them to be. Be rest assured, our next guests will not have to face this clogging as it is already resolved and we hope to provide you better services next time around.
