This is my experience with the host: Instructions initially by email, then text; Room number inaccurate; Entry code instructions misleading; Parking pass not in room as advertised; Parking lot full, thus nowhere to park; Support only provided boilerplate inane responses, with no real interest in my problem or what a solution would require. Screen in the bedroom would not retract; Building access code changed midstream without notice. VRBO on the contrary tried to make it right.
