This was my favorite room at the property. It was my third stay there and hope to stay at this room again. Great view of beach. Close to everything you need.

The location was excellent, very close to the beach. Loved the free beach service. Just a couple of issues: freezer didn't shut properly, automan that held games was totally broken, shower in master bathroom dripped, kitchen sink faucet would leak. When maitainace came to fix the issues we were told that these were known problems and that have been reported many times. Besides that, the overall place was nice and beds were comfortable.

Happy couple

My wife and I stayed at Surf Side for the week and were very happy with the cleanliness of the condo. Julie was very helpful with some minor issues we encountered and she even offered us an additional day at no charge due to the hurricane. We would definitely stay here again.

We love staying at the Surfside!! This was our second time here and first time in this condo. We had 7 adults and a baby. There was plenty of room for everyone. The host went above and beyond for some extra beach towels for us as well since we flew in and had a limit on what we could bring. The tiki bar is a plus as well. It’s right on the beach, the crab dip is a must have. We will def be coming back! Thanks for having us!!

So fun & convenient

Stayed here with 7 other girls. Beach is clear, no seaweed or shells. The beach chair set ups is such a unique addition to the beautiful condo. The location is so walkable!! to a coffee shop, a souvenir/beach shop, multiple lunch places, small winery, gas station, convenient stores, ice cream shop. A wonderful time was had! Was even able to check in early and have extra time at the beach and beach bar

Great view from the 15th floor

What an amazing stay- unit had all of the amenities and very comfortable beds and seating. TV’s in all the rooms. Lots of books to read. Views of the beach, bridge and surrounding area. Nice restaurant and the bar across the street was fun. Julie our management member was amazing!! Front desk was great. Stay here!!!

Good location across from beach. Beach service with 2 chairs and umbrella was nice touch. Otherwise you have to carry things down alot of stairs from the street to beach. One problem was water on the floor near kitchen sink when we arrived. We called maintenance number and received a quick response from call center. However the promised maintenance never showed. Apparently it was fixed prior to our arrival but we were not told that when we called and there was no follow up on our request.Limit on toilet paper is ridiculous for a property of this level. 1 roll in 2nd bathroom for several people for length of stay isn't a good level of service.Overall the room was nice in a good location.

Favorite Property

I will start by saying that our family comes to this area every summer and this condo and property are our new favorite. The condo is beautiful (pictures don’t do it justice), VERY clean, and contains everything our family needed for a stress-free stay! It is thoughtfully furnished and all appliances worked well. The included beach chair rentals were the cherry on top! The property manager was a text away and extremely friendly. The property contains a great pool and two jacuzzis that are open late, which we loved. We are excited to return to this condo for our next stay!

Beautiful condo. Comfy beds. Roomy. Everything was in good working order. Fantastic balcony. Bring an extra blanket or two. There was no blanket for our sofa bed and we didn't realize this until 11pm. Bring a couple extra kitchen trash bags. There are only two in the unit.Pool area is awesome, and connects to an observation deck/bar on the beach side via sky bridge. The view from this observation deck was incredible at dusk and the deck was frequently empty.We didn't use the athletic deck...too hot. Beach service was very handy. There was a little noise: some from neighbors having a party, some from construction. But all in all nothing extreme. Not enough to distract. Elevators were busy on the weekend but not during the week.The in-house restaurant was a bit understaffed but had very friendly service. Great place, and the sushi was terrific.I'd say this was a solid meat and potatoes beach experience. Nothing too fancy, but certainly provides the basics of what you need to have a nice time in Miramar Beach.
