A lovely house with all the necessary amenities in a beautiful location - a short walk to the Mossy Cafe and the Mossy Point Boat Ramp, as well as backing directly onto the creek. The property owner was lovely in all communications and the check in process was very smooth. Would definitely like to stay again :)

Our time at breezy perch in January was fabulous. Our host had thought of everything needed for a very comfortable holiday stay and was great at keeping in contact. The brand new fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and opportunity to relax on back balcony listening to nature made it a very relaxing break!

We had a wonderful time discovering Mossy Point and Broulee.The cottage was in a great location, quiet and so comfortable with an excellent stocked new kitchen. We slept so well in comfortable bed. The bikes were great and we had fun using them.Rachal is a generous host and easy to communicate with, thank you for sharing Breezy Perch.

Well equipped kitchen had everything we needed for a spot of holiday baking. Very comfortable house with bushy outlook, sea glimpses and a short walk to both beach and cafe. The hosts get extra points from me for leaving plenty of garbage bags, dishwasher tablets and coffee pods - not just a couple to get you started. I’m already looking forward to going back
