Approx 1km of Walford Rd is gravel, and the driveway for this property is concrete but steep. There is plenty of parking space outside the house.

This home was built in 2005 and has some general wear and tear as is expected from a home of this age.

Anna and Jay have a wonderful property and location, especially if you prefer being away from the hustle and bustle of Tauranga or the Mount. They are excellent hosts and very easy to deal with. Everything is well catered for with different spaces to enjoy, a lovely view and covered area to enjoy in all weathers. Katitkati and Waihi are not too far away so a beach holiday is within reach, but you can then retire to your private oasis. Enjoy !

This property is unique as it is set up with all the outdoor amenities you could wish for! The Sauna & Ice bath is a huge hit, the spa is relaxing and you cant go past the delicious Woodfired Pizzas!
